How do I pay the $15 for a new SIM?

Once we validate your order, we will deduct $15 from your account, and then send you a SIM. We don't require you to actually pay the SIM charge before shipping. However, the SIM will not work until your account is put into credit.

How do I switch off voicemail?

To switch off voicemail, dial 1210, which switches off all diverts to the voicemail system. To switch it back on again, dial 1213.

I'm on a contract. Can I switch to KISS Mobile?

If you want to leave your current contract, penalty fees may apply. You can either pay those fees and switch, or wait until your contract is over.

Can I keep my number when I switch to KISS Mobile?

Yes. We will send you a new SIM card. All you do is take out the old one, and put in the new one, and the same number will be active.

You may need to transfer your address book if it is stored on your SIM card.

Do you have your own mobile phone towers?

No. KISS Mobile uses the Vodafone network to carry your calls. We are what is called an MVNO - a Mobile Virtual Network Operator.

I don't have a phone. Can you help me?

KISS Mobile may also offer mobile phones for sale. Check back with us in the coming months. If we do offer them, they will be at competitive prices, but we will not offer contracts that pay off the phone over 18 or 24 months like other companies. You will simply get what you pay for.

How can I recharge?

We support credit card, BPay, PostBillPay, Pay-Pal, and in person at any Post Office. There are also auto-recharge options using your nominated credit card or bank account.

What's with your payment system? Is this like pre-paid?

It's not like pre-paid ... it's Pre-post-paid! See here for more information about how that works.

How do I setup data (3G/GPRS) on my phone?

How do I move my number away from KISS Mobile?

What? You want to leave? We are sorry to hear that. Please take the opportunity to contact our KISScare and discuss any concerns before doing that. Of course you are free to move your service away at any time. To port your number, supply your KISS customer number (not your date of birth) to your new provider. We use customer number rather than DOB because we are not quite like pre-paid.

I'm going overseas. Do you support international roaming?

No. Due to the risks associated with that product, we are unable to support it at this time.
