Fair Use Policy

ABOUT THIS POLICY
This is the KISS Mobile Fair Use Policy. This policy aims to ensure we are able to provide quality mobile services to all of our customers, and no customers are disadvantaged by the behaviour of others.

KISS TO KISS CALLS - EXCESSIVE USE
If you are an excessive user of KISS to KISS free calls, we may ask you to reduce your use of these calls. If usage continues at an excessive level following this request, we may either disconnect your service or charge you at standard rates for those calls.

For KISS to KISS free calls, we consider excessive use when these represent more than 50% of calls over a weekly or monthly period.

MAINTAINING A CREDIT BALANCE
We require that you maintain your balance in credit. While your balance is less than zero, you may not make calls but can continue to receive calls. If you leave your balance in debit for more than one week, we may either bar your service from making or receiving calls, or disconnect your service.

PREMIUM SERVICES - POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT USE
We monitor the use of Premium SMS services. If these appear excessive, we may either disconnect your service, or require you to maintain a minimum credit balance.

UNLIMITED DATA PLAN
Our unlimited data plan is for mobile handset use only. This specifically excludes broadband modems, or handsets connected to a computer to effectively use as a modem. If we determine that you are using our service on an unlimited data plan with an unauthorised device, then we may either charge a fee for data use on a per-Mb basis, or disconnect your service.
