I clicked on the link to validate my e-mail, but now I can't log in

We have fixed some problems with the registration process; the validation works, just sometimes it doesn't redirect you to the site. So just go to the home page and login. If you registered without a phone number, you can login with your e-mail address and password.

I completed an order for a SIM, but it hasn't come, and it still says "Member"

This problem arose because of a bug in the web site. In order to fix your details, click on "sign up", fill in your address and accept the authorization, and any SIM order you placed will be intact and ready for fulfilment.
